Inhibitory Effect of Sacred JK Fungicide on Rice Blast Fungus

Recognized by Northeast Agricultural University, a new type of fungicide-Sacred JK (temporary code name) newly developed and synthesized by Nanyang Agricultural Chemical Research Institute in Henan Province has strong bactericidal activity. At the beginning of this year, the Institute commissioned Northeast Agricultural University to do the "Inhibition Test of Sacred JK Fungicide on Rice Blast Fungus". Through the indoor inhibition test on rice blast fungus, the inhibitory effect of sacred JK on mycelial growth of Magnaporthe grisea was significantly better than that of 25% prochloraz ME, a widely used agent, at a concentration of 1100 times the liquid (inhibition rate of 92.8). This variety is a new fungicide with new components. At present, it is being tested in many fields. After preliminary results, the variety has outstanding control effect on fungi and bacterial diseases of various crops (such as downy mildew, blight, bacterial angular spot, powdery mildew, rice blast, bacterial leaf blight, fruit tree rot, ulcer disease, etc.), and the product prospect is very considerable.
New synthetic "Sacred JK" strong bactericidal effect

Inhibitory Effect of Sacred JK Fungicide on Rice Blast Fungus
Through the antibacterial test of sacred JK fungicide on rice blast fungus, the inhibitory effect of sacred JK on rice blast fungus was studied, the effect of sacred JK on rice blast fungus was clarified, the activity of sacred JK and regular fungicides was compared, and the theoretical basis was provided for the test and promotion of sacred JK fungicide.
1 Materials and methods
1.1 test strains
Magnaporthe grisea Pyricularia oryzae
1.2 Test Agent
Sacred JK-1, Sacred JK-2 (provided by Nanyang Agrochemical Research Institute).
25% prochloramine ME (provided by Hainan Zhengzhong Agricultural High-Tech Co., Ltd.).
1.3 test method
In this experiment, the in vitro bacteriostatic effect of Sacred JK fungicide on rice blast fungus was studied using the mycelium growth rate method.
Take different doses of sacred JK-1, 2 fungicides and 25% prochloraz into 100ml of PDA culture medium which has been melted and cooled to about 50 ℃, mix well and pour into sterilized petri dishes to make series of drug-containing culture medium, so that the dilution ratio of tested sacred JK fungicides in corresponding petri dishes is 700 times, 1100 times and 1500 times respectively, and the dilution ratio of 25% prochloraz is 700 times, A PDA plate to which sterile water was added was used as a control. From the edge of the rice blast colony cultured on PDA at 26 ℃, the fungus cake with a diameter of 5mm was taken, the mycelium faced downward, inoculated in the center of the solidified drug-containing PDA medium, and placed in a constant temperature incubator at 26 ℃ for dark culture. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. After 6d, the colony diameter of the tested bacteria on different concentrations of drug-containing medium was measured, and the growth inhibition rate of each agent treatment on colony expansion was calculated compared with the control. Inhibition rate = (mycelial growth diameter of control group-mycelial growth diameter of treatment group)/mycelial growth diameter of control group × 100%(mycelial growth diameter refers to the colony diameter of fungi on the medium minus the diameter of mycelial block)
2 Results and analysis
When cultured on PDA medium for 6 days, the diameter of the control colony was 34.9mm. Sacred JK-1 and 2 fungicides have strong inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of rice blast fungus (Table 1, Figure 1, 2). At 1500-fold dilution, Sacred JK-1 and 2 showed inhibition of mycelial growth of Magnaporthe grisea. When the concentration of sacred JK-1 and 2 reached 700 times of dilution, the inhibition rate of mycelium growth of rice blast fungus reached 92.8 and 93.1 respectively.
Sacred JK-1 and 2 fungicides, when the concentration reaches 1100 times of dilution, have greater inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of rice blast fungus than the control agent 25% prochloraz ME.
