Nanyang holy agrochemical technology co., ltd. has an annual output of 300 tons of environment-friendly ethylicin project, which is located in the logistics road of Anpeng chemical professional park, Tongbai county, Nanyang city, Henan province, covering an area of 10487 m2. The project is mainly for the production of 300 tons of environmentally friendly ethylicin. The total investment of the project is 60 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it can increase the local employment rate, provide jobs for the local people, improve the local economic development level, and improve the production and living conditions of the regional people.

1. Environmental impact during construction
The environmental impacts during the construction period mainly include noise, dust and solid waste. Environmental protection during the construction period focuses on environmental management. After effective measures are taken, reasonable construction time is formulated, and management is strengthened, the impact on the surrounding environment during the construction period can be controlled within the scope of relevant national standards and requirements. Therefore, the environmental impact during the construction period is relatively small.
2. Environmental impact during the operation period
The main environmental impacts during the operation period are:(1) waste gas, alkylation reaction waste gas, non-methane total hydrocarbons; oxidation reaction waste gas, mainly NOx and a small amount of non-methane total hydrocarbons; in addition, there are canteen fumes. (2) Wastewater, mainly production wastewater and domestic sewage. (3) noise, mainly for the reactor and all kinds of fans, pumps generated equipment noise. (4) Solid waste, mainly domestic waste, waste packaging materials, etc.

Environmental protection measures to be taken for the impact of the project during the operation period:
1. Waste gas: including production waste gas and canteen oil fume. The main pollutants of production waste gas are NOx and a small amount of non-methane total hydrocarbons. A gas collecting hood is set in the workshop. After collection, NOx and a small amount of non-methane total hydrocarbons are purified and treated by "6-stage water washing and 1-stage alkali washing activated carbon adsorption" and discharged up to the standard through the chimney. Canteen oil fume is treated by oil fume purifier and discharged to the chimney roof.
2. Wastewater: The wastewater of this project is mainly production wastewater, domestic sewage and ground flushing water. After the project wastewater is collected, it enters the enterprise's self-built sewage treatment station and is treated by the "double-effect evaporation Fenton oxidation UASB anaerobic aerobic" treatment process. After reaching the water collection standard of the park sewage treatment plant, it is discharged into the park sewage treatment plant where the project is located through the sewage pipe network.
3. Noise: Noise reduction measures such as sound source control, plant sound insulation, foundation vibration reduction and greening sound absorption are adopted for the equipment noise of this project to reduce the impact of project noise on the surrounding environment.
4. Solid waste: The domestic waste of this project shall be handed over to the sanitation department for disposal in time, and hazardous waste shall be temporarily stored in the temporary storage room and regularly handed over to qualified units for disposal. The treated solid waste will not have a greater impact on the surrounding environment.
